Job Description

No prior experience is required – we provide comprehensive full training and all necessary safety certifications to ensure you’re equipped for success. Key Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, plumbers, etc.) with various tasks on site.
- Perform general site clean-up and debris removal to maintain a safe working environment.
- Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment.
- Operate basic hand and power tools under supervision.
- Dig trenches, shovel earth, and compact ground.
- Follow all safety procedures and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
- Support the overall construction process to ensure projects are completed efficiently and on schedule.
- Learn and adhere to all company policies and procedures.
Required Skills
- Willingness to learn and take direction.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks.
- Commitment to safety and following instructions.
- Basic communication skills.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
Preferred Qualifications
- Valid G Class Driver's License and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Previous experience with physical labour (e.g., landscaping, warehouse) is a plus but not required.
- Completion of high school or equivalent.
