Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Actively engage with the public in high-traffic retail areas to promote Vodafone products and services.
- Conduct engaging and informative product demonstrations, showcasing key features and benefits.
- Clearly communicate promotional offers and tariffs to potential customers.
- Generate leads and guide customers through the sales process, including sign-ups and upgrades.
- Maintain a professional and enthusiastic brand image at all times.
- Provide excellent customer service and answer questions regarding Vodafone offerings.
- Meet and exceed daily and weekly sales and engagement targets.
- Collect customer feedback and report on street activity and insights.
