Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers with a friendly and enthusiastic attitude at the drive-thru window.
- Accurately take food and drink orders, inputting them into the point-of-sale system.
- Handle cash and credit card transactions with precision and provide correct change.
- Process payments quickly and efficiently to maintain a smooth drive-thru flow.
- Ensure order accuracy by verifying items with the customer before completion.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the drive-thru window and cash register.
- Work collaboratively with kitchen and counter staff to fulfill orders promptly.
- Uphold McDonald's standards for food safety and customer service.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order taking and cash handling.
- Reliable and punctual, especially for morning shifts.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
