Job Description
We are seeking highly motivated and results-driven Remote Subscription Sales Agents to join our dynamic team. This is a 100% remote position where you will be responsible for selling our range of market-leading subscription services directly to customers. You will leverage your excellent communication and persuasion skills to identify customer needs, present compelling solutions, and close sales. This role offers a competitive base salary along with an uncapped commission structure, providing significant earning potential for top performers. Full training and ongoing support will be provided, making this an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to build a career in sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with potential customers through various remote channels (phone, email, chat) to identify sales opportunities.
- Present and explain BT Group's subscription products and services clearly and persuasively.
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions that align with their requirements.
- Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, service offerings, and competitive landscape.
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance sales skills and product expertise.
