Job Description

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and meticulous Weekend Remote Records Clerk to join our team on a part-time basis. This fully remote position is crucial for maintaining the integrity and accessibility of our vital records. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately organizing, categorizing, and digitizing various financial documents and data. Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately sort, categorize, and file physical and digital records according to established procedures.
  • Perform data entry tasks with a high degree of precision, transferring information from various sources into our record management systems.
  • Conduct regular audits of records to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance.
  • Identify and correct discrepancies or errors in records promptly.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and security of all sensitive information.
  • Assist with retrieval of records for audits, compliance checks, or internal requests.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of records management processes.
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors regarding workload, progress, and any issues encountered.
