Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently deliver food orders from the kitchen to customers in the dining area or drive-thru window.
- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including clearing tables and wiping down surfaces.
- Support kitchen and front-of-house staff with various tasks, such as restocking condiments, napkins, and other supplies.
- Ensure high standards of food safety and hygiene are upheld at all times.
- Act as a friendly and helpful point of contact for customers, assisting with inquiries or special requests.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth and efficient restaurant operations.
Required Skills
- Ability to work effectively and quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant environment.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- A strong team player with a positive, can-do attitude.
- High energy levels and the ability to maintain enthusiasm throughout shifts.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods, walk quickly, and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic understanding of customer service principles.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a restaurant, fast food, or customer service role is a plus.
- Familiarity with food safety regulations.
- A valid Food Handler's Card (or willingness to obtain one upon hire).
