You will work alongside experienced technicians, assisting with installations, maintenance, and troubleshooting of our vast network infrastructure and customer solutions. Key Responsibilities

• Assist senior technicians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of telecommunications equipment and IT solutions.
• Learn and apply best practices for cabling, wiring, and network configuration under direct supervision.
• Shadow experienced professionals to understand diagnostic procedures and troubleshooting techniques for hardware and software issues.
• Prepare and organize tools, equipment, and materials for daily field assignments.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, equipment used, and customer interactions.
• Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and company guidelines at all times.
• Provide basic on-site support and excellent customer service as directed.
• Actively participate in training sessions and continuous learning initiatives.
• Support the team in ensuring timely completion of projects and service requests.

Required Skills

• Valid UK driving license with no more than 6 penalty points.
• Strong willingness to learn and develop technical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• A proactive and problem-solving attitude.
• Physical ability to perform field duties, which may include lifting, climbing, and working in various weather conditions.
• Commitment to punctuality and reliable attendance.

Preferred Qualifications

• GCSEs or equivalent, particularly in Maths and English.
• Basic understanding of IT or electronics concepts (e.g., from school projects or personal interest).
• Experience in customer service roles.
• Familiarity with basic hand tools.
