Job Description

You will work alongside experienced technicians, assisting with installations, maintenance, and troubleshooting of our vast network infrastructure and customer solutions. Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior technicians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of telecommunications equipment and IT solutions.
- Learn and apply best practices for cabling, wiring, and network configuration under direct supervision.
- Shadow experienced professionals to understand diagnostic procedures and troubleshooting techniques for hardware and software issues.
- Prepare and organize tools, equipment, and materials for daily field assignments.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, equipment used, and customer interactions.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and company guidelines at all times.
- Provide basic on-site support and excellent customer service as directed.
- Actively participate in training sessions and continuous learning initiatives.
- Support the team in ensuring timely completion of projects and service requests.
Required Skills
- Valid UK driving license with no more than 6 penalty points.
- Strong willingness to learn and develop technical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- A proactive and problem-solving attitude.
- Physical ability to perform field duties, which may include lifting, climbing, and working in various weather conditions.
- Commitment to punctuality and reliable attendance.
Preferred Qualifications
- GCSEs or equivalent, particularly in Maths and English.
- Basic understanding of IT or electronics concepts (e.g., from school projects or personal interest).
- Experience in customer service roles.
- Familiarity with basic hand tools.
