Job Description

Are you looking to kickstart your career in hospitality? Hilton Milton Keynes is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Trainee Receptionist / Front Desk team member to join our vibrant team. Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome guests in a warm and professional manner upon arrival and departure.
  • Assist guests with check-ins and check-outs, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and courteously.
  • Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department.
  • Process payments and maintain accurate records of transactions.
  • Provide information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions.
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk and lobby area.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Learn and adhere to all hotel policies and procedures.
  • Assist with administrative tasks as required.
