Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Limo Logistics Coordinator with a blend of planning and driving responsibilities. This crucial role involves managing our fleet’s daily schedule, dispatching drivers efficiently, handling client bookings, and stepping in to drive as needed to ensure seamless operations and exceptional service. The ideal candidate will possess excellent logistical skills, a strong commitment to punctuality, and a passion for delivering premium customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and optimize daily chauffeur schedules and vehicle assignments to maximize efficiency and client satisfaction.
- Manage incoming client bookings, special requests, and changes, ensuring accurate entry into the dispatch system.
- Act as a primary point of contact for chauffeurs and clients, providing real-time support and resolving any operational issues promptly.
- Perform chauffeur duties as required, covering routes, special events, or fill-in shifts to maintain service levels.
- Monitor traffic conditions and adjust routes as necessary to ensure timely arrivals and departures.
- Maintain detailed records of vehicle maintenance, fuel consumption, and chauffeur logs.
- Ensure all vehicles are prepared for service, including cleanliness, amenities, and safety checks.
- Assist with onboarding new chauffeurs regarding route knowledge and operational procedures.
Required Skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in dispatch or scheduling software and GPS navigation systems.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and a minimum of 5 years driving experience.
- Exceptional customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Thorough knowledge of Akron and surrounding Northeast Ohio roadways.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in logistics, dispatch, or luxury transportation services.
- Commercial Driver's License (CDL) or professional chauffeur experience.
- Familiarity with luxury vehicle operations and basic vehicle maintenance checks.
- Associate's degree or higher in a related field.
