Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Corporate Plaza Assistant to support our executive team and manage the day-to-day operations of our bustling corporate plaza in Lakewood. This role is integral to maintaining efficiency and providing seamless administrative support within a high-salary sector environment. The ideal candidate will be a meticulous professional with a strong work ethic, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, demanding corporate setting. You will be the linchpin that ensures our operations run smoothly, allowing our leadership to focus on strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior executives, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and expense reporting.
  • Manage and maintain a highly organized corporate office environment, ensuring all supplies are stocked and facilities are well-maintained.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, screening calls, responding to inquiries, and directing visitors.
  • Prepare and edit professional correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
  • Coordinate meetings, conferences, and corporate events, including scheduling, venue booking, catering, and material preparation.
  • Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
  • Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned by the executive team.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 3 years of administrative or executive assistant experience in a corporate setting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant office software.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with keen attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
  • Proactive problem-solving abilities and a strong sense of initiative.
  • Professional demeanor and outstanding interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Experience working in the commercial real estate, finance, or a related high-salary sector.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems or project management software.
  • Experience supporting multiple executives simultaneously.
