Job Description
Join the Discount Tire team as a Tire Shop Showroom Polisher and play a vital role in maintaining our professional and inviting showroom environment. This position is perfect for an individual with an excellent eye for detail, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to cleanliness. You will be responsible for ensuring that all showroom displays, tires, and accessories are meticulously clean and polished, reflecting our high standards of presentation. This is an on-site role crucial to enhancing our customer’s first impression and overall shopping experience. Key Responsibilities
- Meticulously clean and polish all tire and wheel showroom displays, ensuring they are free of dust, smudges, and dirt.
- Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of all showroom fixtures, floors, and customer waiting areas.
- Organize and arrange display tires and merchandise according to company standards.
- Assist with the upkeep of the exterior store appearance, including windows and entranceways.
- Ensure all cleaning supplies are properly stored and managed.
- Report any maintenance or repair needs in the showroom to management.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures.
Required Skills
- High attention to detail and a keen eye for cleanliness.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Physical stamina to stand, bend, stoop, and lift up to 25 pounds regularly.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Basic understanding of cleaning techniques and products.
- Excellent communication skills.
