Job Description
Are you ready to kickstart your career in retail? Walmart in Stephenville is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Part-Time Retail Advisors. No prior experience is necessary – we believe in providing comprehensive training to help you succeed. If you have a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and a passion for helping others, we want to meet you! As a Retail Advisor, you’ll be the friendly face of Walmart, assisting customers, maintaining our vibrant store environment, and ensuring a smooth shopping experience. This is an excellent opportunity to learn valuable retail skills, grow professionally, and become an integral part of our community-focused store.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide excellent service, answering questions and assisting with product location.
- Help customers with product selection, offering recommendations and explaining features.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor, including stocking shelves and arranging displays.
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Learn about new products and promotions to effectively inform customers.
- Assist with inventory management tasks, including receiving and organizing merchandise.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales goals and maintain store standards.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety and security guidelines.

- Basic math skills for handling transactions

- Familiarity with various product categories sold at Walmart
