Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Waiting Staff to join our dynamic team at The Ivy Bath Brasserie. As Waiting Staff, you will be the face of our establishment, responsible for delivering an outstanding dining experience to our guests. This role requires a passion for hospitality, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet guests and guide them to their tables, presenting menus and explaining daily specials.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently, using our point-of-sale system.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally, ensuring presentation standards are met.
- Anticipate guest needs and respond to inquiries or requests in a timely and courteous manner.
- Clear tables, reset for new guests, and maintain cleanliness of the dining area.
- Process payments and handle cash and card transactions accurately.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff and other front-of-house team members to ensure smooth service.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene standards.
