Job Description
We are seeking experienced and highly skilled Class A CDL Tanker Solo Drivers to join our elite liquid bulk division. Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate a Class A CDL tanker truck over designated routes, adhering to all DOT regulations and company policies.
- Transport liquid bulk commodities, including chemicals, food-grade products, and other specialized cargo.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections, ensuring the vehicle is in safe operating condition.
- Load and unload tanks in accordance with safety protocols and client requirements.
- Maintain accurate logs, records, and trip reports.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch, clients, and team members.
- Adhere to all safety standards, including hazmat procedures where applicable.
- Manage time effectively to meet delivery schedules while complying with hours of service regulations.
Required Skills
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Tanker Endorsement (N)
- Hazardous Materials Endorsement (H) if applicable to routes
- Minimum of 2 years verifiable Class A CDL driving experience
- Clean driving record
- Ability to pass a DOT physical and drug screen
- Strong understanding of DOT regulations and safety protocols
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with liquid bulk transportation
- TWIC Card
- Experience operating diverse types of tanker equipment
- Proven track record of safe driving and on-time deliveries
