Job Description
We are seeking highly detail-oriented and reliable individuals to serve as Gas Station Field Auditors for quick, ad-hoc assignments across various 7-Eleven gas station locations. This role is perfect for those looking for flexible work, supplementary income, and the ability to work independently. As a Field Auditor, you will be responsible for conducting on-site evaluations of gas station operations, ensuring compliance with company standards, cleanliness, customer service protocols, and overall site presentation. A personal vehicle is required for travel to different locations within the assigned region.
Key Responsibilities
- Travel to assigned 7-Eleven gas station locations within the Irvine and surrounding areas.
- Conduct thorough on-site audits using provided checklists and guidelines.
- Evaluate various operational aspects, including fuel pump functionality, cleanliness, safety standards, signage, and merchandise display.
- Assess customer service interactions (if applicable, e.g., through observation or mystery shopping scenarios).
- Document findings accurately and objectively, including taking photos as required.
- Submit timely and detailed reports through our digital platform.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures during audits.
Required Skills
- Strong attention to detail and observational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Reliable personal vehicle and valid driver's license with clean driving record.
- Proficiency with smartphone or tablet for data entry and photo submission.
- Excellent written communication skills for clear report generation.
- High level of integrity and professional conduct.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in field auditing, quality control, or mystery shopping.
- Familiarity with retail or gas station operations.
- Residency within the Irvine area.
