Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Online Administrative Partner to provide critical support to our startup ecosystem. This remote role involves assisting program managers, founders, and mentors with a wide range of administrative tasks, ensuring efficient operations and a seamless experience for all participants. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and be passionate about supporting innovation and entrepreneurship. This is a 100% remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to contribute to a global network of startups.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and organize digital documents and records for various startup programs.
  • Schedule and coordinate virtual meetings, webinars, and online events.
  • Provide logistical support for online program activities, including platform setup and attendee management.
  • Assist with communication by drafting emails, newsletters, and announcements.
  • Track and report on key administrative metrics and program progress.
  • Support founders and mentors with ad-hoc requests, research, and resource gathering.
  • Onboard new program participants and provide initial administrative guidance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent administrative processes.
  • Maintain up-to-date contact lists and databases.
  • Troubleshoot minor technical issues related to virtual tools and platforms.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in an administrative support role, preferably in a remote setting.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency with virtual communication and collaboration tools (e.g., Zoom, Slack, Google Workspace).
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
