Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Shopify Order Processor to join our remote team. This is a crucial entry-level role responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely processing of customer orders received through our Shopify e-commerce platform. The ideal candidate will be proactive, possess excellent data entry skills, and be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment. This position offers an immediate start and is 100% remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home.
Key Responsibilities
- Process incoming customer orders via the Shopify platform with accuracy and efficiency.
- Verify order details, customer information, and shipping addresses.
- Generate shipping labels and coordinate with shipping carriers.
- Monitor order status and update customers on any changes or delays.
- Handle returns and exchanges in accordance with company policy.
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding order inquiries and issues via email or chat.
- Maintain organized records of all processed orders and related documentation.
- Collaborate with other team members to optimize order fulfillment processes.
