Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Operations Coordinator to join our team in Cambridge, MA. This entry-level position will play a crucial role in supporting the logistics operations for a key client, Netflix. You will assist in coordinating the movement of materials, managing inventory, and ensuring the smooth execution of supply chain processes essential for Netflix’s content delivery and operational needs. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic logistics environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the daily coordination of logistics activities, including scheduling, tracking, and reporting for Netflix-related shipments.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse teams to ensure product availability and timely dispatch.
- Communicate effectively with carriers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to resolve operational issues and ensure on-time delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory, and operational data.
- Prepare and process necessary documentation, such as shipping labels, manifests, and customs forms.
- Support the implementation of process improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to problem-solving initiatives.

- Demonstrated interest in the entertainment industry or media logistics.
