Key Responsibilities
- Operate label printing equipment to generate shipping labels accurately and efficiently.
- Verify label information against packing lists and shipping manifests to prevent errors.
- Organize and sort printed labels for various shipping lanes and departments.
- Distribute labels to packing stations and shipping areas as needed.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on label printers, including changing paper and ink.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or issues to the appropriate supervisor.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all safety guidelines.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding label requirements and priorities.
- Assist with other general warehouse duties as required.
