Job Description
We are seeking passionate and experienced Life Coaches and Mentors to join our remote team. This is a unique opportunity to make a profound impact on individuals’ professional and personal development through one-on-one phone and video coaching sessions. As a Remote Life Coach, you will empower clients to identify their goals, develop actionable strategies, and unlock their full potential. This role is 100% remote, offering flexibility and the ability to work from anywhere in the UK.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct engaging and effective coaching sessions via phone and video calls with a diverse client base.
- Guide clients through goal-setting, problem-solving, and personal development plans.
- Provide constructive feedback, support, and accountability to foster client growth.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records of coaching sessions and client progress.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and team meetings.
- Adhere to professional coaching ethics and standards.
- Utilize our proprietary platform for scheduling, client communication, and resource sharing.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in life coaching, mentorship, or related fields (e.g., counselling, HR development).
- Strong active listening and communication skills.
- Ability to build rapport and trust quickly with clients.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency with video conferencing tools and general office software.
- A deep passion for helping others achieve their potential.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Relevant coaching certification (e.g., ICF, EMCC).
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field.
- Experience with diverse client populations and professional backgrounds.
- Familiarity with various coaching methodologies and approaches.
