Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and organised individual to join our team as a Martial Arts Club Admin for evening shifts at our Maidstone fitness and wellbeing centre. This entry-level role is perfect for someone looking to start their career in administration, particularly within the dynamic environment of a health and fitness club. You will be the friendly face and first point of contact for members and prospective members, ensuring the smooth running of our evening martial arts programmes. This is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable administrative and customer service experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist members and visitors attending evening martial arts classes.
- Manage class bookings, registrations, and attendance records.
- Handle inquiries via phone, email, and in-person regarding martial arts programmes.
- Process payments for classes, memberships, and merchandise.
- Maintain a tidy and organised reception and office area.
- Assist with basic administrative tasks, including data entry and filing.
- Communicate effectively with instructors, members, and management.
- Ensure adherence to club policies and safety procedures during evening hours.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office Suite, email).
- Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Reliability and punctuality for evening shifts.
