Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Music Video Production Assistant to join our fast-paced set in Jacksonville. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation of our music video shoots, providing essential support to the production team. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of thriving in a dynamic and demanding environment, ready to jump in “Subito” (immediately) and contribute to world-class music video productions.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive on-set support to the production team, including producers, directors, and crew.
- Assist with equipment setup and breakdown, ensuring all gear is properly maintained and accounted for.
- Manage and distribute production paperwork, call sheets, and daily reports.
- Handle craft services, ensuring cast and crew have access to refreshments and meals.
- Run errands as needed, including pickups, deliveries, and local purchases.
- Maintain a clean and organized set, ensuring safety protocols are followed.
- Assist with crowd control and managing extras, if required.
- Anticipate production needs and proactively address issues to keep the schedule on track.
- Act as a liaison between different departments, facilitating clear communication.
Required Skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills.

- Ability to work long hours and under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive attitude and strong problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of film/video production terminology and set etiquette.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift and carry production equipment up to 50 lbs.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience (internship or volunteer) on a film or video set.
- Experience with various camera equipment or lighting setups.
- First Aid/CPR certification.
- Knowledge of local Jacksonville area for logistics and vendor relations.
