Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Online Booking Agent to manage spa reservations remotely. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a world-class luxury brand and contribute to our guest’s wellness journey from the comfort of your own home. You will be responsible for processing spa bookings, assisting guests with inquiries, and ensuring a seamless reservation experience for our esteemed clientele.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and process spa appointment bookings accurately and efficiently through our online reservation systems.
- Respond to guest inquiries via email, chat, and phone regarding spa services, availability, and policies.
- Provide exceptional customer service, guiding guests through the booking process and offering personalized recommendations.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all spa treatments, packages, promotions, and facility details across various Fairmont locations.
- Resolve booking conflicts or special requests promptly and professionally.
- Ensure all guest information and booking details are accurately recorded in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with spa teams as needed to confirm special arrangements or resolve complex issues.
- Adhere to all company standards for data privacy and guest confidentiality.
- Contribute to a positive and productive remote work environment.
Required Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency with online booking systems and CRM software (e.g., Opera, SpaSoft).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
- Customer service-oriented mindset with a calm and professional demeanor.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated home office space.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a customer service or administrative role.
