Job Description
Join UPS as a Distribution Pro and embark on a clear path to leadership! Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, load, and unload packages and freight according to company standards and safety protocols.
- Operate various warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided if necessary), to move materials.
- Scan and track packages accurately using handheld devices and internal systems.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals and deadlines.
- Identify and report any discrepancies, damages, or safety concerns.
- Participate in training and development programs focused on leadership, operations management, and team supervision.
- Shadow current supervisors to learn best practices in team motivation, scheduling, and performance management.
Required Skills
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs unassisted and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
