Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable Hotel Breakfast Staff to join our vibrant team in Swansea. As part of our breakfast service, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests start their day with a delicious meal and a positive experience. Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and set up the breakfast buffet area according to company standards.
- Greet guests warmly and assist them with any requests or needs during breakfast service.
- Ensure all food and beverage items are well-stocked, fresh, and presented appealingly.
- Clear tables efficiently and promptly, preparing them for the next guests.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the dining area and kitchen throughout service.
- Assist with washing dishes and general kitchen duties as required.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve minor issues professionally, escalating when necessary.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including food safety standards.
