Job Description

Two Men and a Truck in Carmel is seeking motivated individuals to join our crew as Movers / General Labourers. No prior experience is required – we provide comprehensive training to ensure your success. This role is perfect for students, recent graduates, or anyone eager to gain valuable work experience in a supportive environment. You’ll be responsible for safely and efficiently moving household or office items, packing, loading, and unloading trucks, all while delivering top-notch customer service. Key Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently pack, load, and unload customers' belongings.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of trucks and equipment.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company procedures.
- Provide exceptional customer service, maintaining a positive and professional attitude.
- Communicate effectively with team members and customers.
- Assist with disassembling and reassembling furniture as needed.
- Complete necessary paperwork and daily logs accurately.
- Protect customer property and company equipment from damage.
Required Skills
- Ability to lift and carry heavy items (up to 100 lbs) repeatedly and safely.
- Strong physical stamina and endurance.
- Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Positive attitude and customer-focused approach.
- Ability to follow directions and work independently when required.
- Eligibility to work in the USA.
Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in a physically demanding role or customer service.
- Basic understanding of tools for furniture assembly/disassembly.
- A valid driver's license with a good driving record (may be required for advancement to driver roles).
