Job Description
Are you passionate about cutting-edge technology and eager to be among the first to experience the future of AI? Google is looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented Online AI Beta Testers to help us refine and launch our next generation of artificial intelligence applications. This is a unique opportunity to provide critical feedback on unreleased products, identify bugs, and influence the user experience of tools that will soon be used by millions, if not billions, worldwide. This is a 100% remote position, offering flexibility and the chance to work from anywhere within St. George, Utah, USA.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute test cases and scenarios for new AI-powered applications and features.
- Thoroughly document and report bugs, glitches, and usability issues with clear, concise details and reproduction steps.
- Provide constructive and actionable feedback on user interface, functionality, and overall user experience.
- Participate in surveys, focus groups, and one-on-one feedback sessions as required.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams by communicating insights and suggestions.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all unreleased products and features.
- Stay informed about updates and changes to testing protocols and product specifications.
Required Skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and a keen eye for inconsistencies.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in using web and mobile applications.
- Ability to follow instructions meticulously and execute test plans accurately.
- Basic troubleshooting skills and familiarity with common software issues.
- Reliable internet connection and a personal computer/smartphone.
- A genuine passion for technology and artificial intelligence.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in software testing, QA, or user experience (UX) research.
- Familiarity with AI concepts such as machine learning, natural language processing, or computer vision.
