Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Bank Associate to join our branch team in Meridian, Idaho. This is an immediate opening for an individual ready to start their career in banking today. As a Bank Associate, you will be the front-line face of Chase, providing exceptional service to our customers, processing transactions accurately, and helping them with their everyday banking needs. Key Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, and payments.
- Assist customers with account inquiries, new account openings, and other banking services.
- Identify customer needs and offer appropriate Chase products and services.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing friendly and professional service.
- Adhere to all bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Resolve customer issues and escalate complex problems to management when necessary.
- Promote a positive and collaborative team environment.
Required Skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 6 months experience in customer service, retail, or a similar client-facing role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with basic computer applications and strong numerical aptitude.
- Demonstrated ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate’s degree or some college coursework completed.
- Previous cash handling experience.
- Bilingual skills (especially Spanish) are a plus.
- Basic knowledge of banking products and services.
