Job Description
We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Pinterest Video Editor to join our dynamic content creation team. In this role, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, producing, and editing engaging video content specifically tailored for Pinterest Idea Pins. You will translate client briefs and marketing strategies into visually stunning and impactful video narratives that capture audience attention and drive engagement on the Pinterest platform. This position requires a strong understanding of Pinterest trends, best practices for video content, and a passion for storytelling through visual media.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and edit high-quality video content for Pinterest Idea Pins, ensuring alignment with client brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
- Collaborate with content strategists, designers, and marketing teams to brainstorm and storyboard video concepts.
- Research and implement current Pinterest trends, features, and best practices to maximize content performance.
- Manage the entire video production workflow from initial concept through final delivery, including footage review, editing, sound design, motion graphics, and color correction.
- Optimize video content for various Pinterest formats and specifications.
- Ensure all video content is visually appealing, on-brand, and effectively communicates key messages.
- Maintain an organized asset library and project files.
- Provide creative input and suggestions to enhance the overall quality and impact of video content.
- Stay up-to-date with industry-standard video editing software and techniques.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects.
- Demonstrated experience creating engaging video content for social media platforms, with a focus on Pinterest.
- Strong understanding of visual storytelling, pacing, and narrative structure.
