Key Responsibilities
- Operate fryers safely and efficiently to cook food items to McDonald's quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized fry station, including regular cleaning of equipment and work surfaces.
- Monitor oil temperatures and quality, changing oil as needed following proper procedures.
- Ensure accurate portioning and presentation of all fried products.
- Manage inventory of fry products, rotating stock to minimize waste.
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Collaborate with other kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service flow.
- Assist with other kitchen duties as required.
