Job Description
Are you passionate about technology and excel at solving complex problems? HP Inc. is seeking a dedicated WFH Support Analyst to join our remote support team. In this role, you will provide critical technical assistance to our customers, ensuring a seamless and positive experience with HP products and services. This is a 100% remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while making a significant impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-line technical support via phone, email, and chat for HP hardware and software products.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, guiding users through step-by-step solutions.
- Document all customer interactions, resolutions, and relevant technical details accurately in our ticketing system.
- Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level support teams when necessary, ensuring timely resolution.
- Stay current with HP product knowledge, software updates, and industry best practices.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through professional and empathetic communication.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Proficiency with Windows and macOS operating systems.
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, Wi-Fi).

- Previous experience in a customer service or technical support role.
