Job Description
Join Amazon’s Veteran Warehouse Program in North Austin, Texas, a fast-track initiative designed to leverage the exceptional skills and dedication of U.S. military veterans. Key Responsibilities
- Receive and process incoming shipments, ensuring accuracy and quality.
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders efficiently and accurately.
- Operate various warehouse equipment safely (e.g., pallet jacks, hand trucks) after comprehensive training.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and operational guidelines.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity and quality targets.
- Assist with inventory management and cycle counting as needed.
- Identify and report any discrepancies or issues to leadership.
Required Skills
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Ability to lift up to 49 pounds regularly, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Ability to stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during shifts.
- Basic computer navigation skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
