Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, accurate, and efficient support to Netflix members via phone, chat, and email.
- Troubleshoot and resolve a wide range of customer inquiries, including billing, technical issues, content access, and general account management.
- Educate members on Netflix features, services, and new offerings.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and resolutions in our systems.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure seamless customer service.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including data privacy and security guidelines.
- Continuously learn and adapt to new product features, service updates, and support tools.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to issue resolution.
- Ability to empathize with customers and maintain a positive, professional demeanor.
- Basic computer proficiency and comfort navigating multiple systems simultaneously.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a customer service or retail environment (even part-time).
- Familiarity with streaming services or entertainment platforms.
- Bilingual skills (especially Spanish, Mandarin, or Korean) are a plus.
- A genuine passion for movies, TV shows, and games.
