Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Associate Consultant to join our dynamic team in Moncton. This role is crucial for supporting various client projects across different industries, providing analytical support, and contributing to strategic recommendations. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with a strong ability to manage multiple tasks, communicate effectively, and adapt to evolving project requirements. Your hourly rate will be commensurate with your experience and proven capabilities, starting at $50/hr. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth research and analysis to support client projects and strategic initiatives.
- Develop and present clear, concise, and actionable recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with project managers and senior consultants to define project scope, deliverables, and timelines.
- Assist in the preparation of client presentations, reports, and other project documentation.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and propose solutions to keep projects on track.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings with clients to gather requirements and feedback.
- Contribute to business development activities, including proposal writing and market research.
- Continuously develop expertise in relevant industry trends and consulting methodologies.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in consulting, project management, or a related analytical role.
- Proven ability to conduct rigorous qualitative and quantitative analysis.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Demonstrated strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree or MBA.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
- Previous experience in a client-facing role.
- Fluency in French.
