Key Responsibilities
- Prepare fresh ingredients, including washing, chopping, and marinating chicken, vegetables, and other produce, according to Nando's recipes and standards.
- Assist with receiving and storing deliveries, ensuring proper rotation and inventory management.
- Maintain a clean and organised workstation, adhering to all food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Support the kitchen team in various tasks to ensure smooth service operations.
- Learn and uphold Nando's brand standards for food preparation and quality control.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to create a positive and efficient working environment.
