Job Description
Are you a natural communicator with a passion for helping others? Concentrix is seeking dedicated and empathetic individuals to join our fully remote team as a WFH Teleperformance Support Associate. No prior tech degree or extensive experience is required – we provide comprehensive training to equip you with the skills you need to succeed. This role is perfect for self-motivated individuals looking for a stable career with the flexibility of working from home. You will be the first point of contact for customers, resolving inquiries, providing information, and ensuring a positive customer experience across various channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Provide accurate information and solutions to customer issues, escalating complex problems when necessary.
- Document all customer interactions and resolutions thoroughly in our CRM system.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering excellent service.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and service level agreements.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance product knowledge and service skills.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve overall customer experience processes.
Required Skills
