Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Lobby Porter to join our afternoon shift team at Premier Inn in Weston-super-Mare. This role is crucial in creating a positive first impression for our guests and ensuring their stay is as smooth and enjoyable as possible. You will be the welcoming face of our hotel, assisting guests with their needs and maintaining the pristine appearance of our lobby area. Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet all guests upon arrival and assist with their luggage, ensuring a seamless check-in experience.
- Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the hotel lobby, entrance areas, and common spaces.
- Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests, delivering items such as extra towels, amenities, or mail to their rooms.
- Assist guests with directions, local information, and transportation inquiries.
- Support the front desk team with various tasks, including handling parcels, messages, and minor administrative duties.
- Ensure security protocols are followed by monitoring lobby activity and reporting any unusual incidents to management.
- Assist with the set-up and breakdown of meeting rooms or event spaces as needed.
