Job Description
We are seeking a diligent and organized Inventory Hand to join our team in Pueblo, Colorado. This role is crucial for maintaining accurate inventory records, ensuring products are stocked efficiently, and supporting the smooth operation of our retail environment. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, able to lift moderate to heavy items, and thrive in a fast-paced setting. Key Responsibilities
- Receive, unload, and process incoming inventory shipments.
- Accurately sort, label, and store merchandise in designated areas.
- Perform regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
- Assist with organizing and maintaining a clean and safe storage area.
- Operate equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts (training provided if necessary).
- Prepare and pack orders for transfer or customer pickup.
- Report any damaged or missing inventory immediately.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
Required Skills
- Ability to lift and move merchandise weighing up to 50 lbs consistently.
- Basic math and computer skills for inventory tracking.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Reliable and punctual attendance.
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in inventory management, warehousing, or retail.
