Job Description

Hilton Cardiff is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Hotel Porter to join our friendly team. This is a fantastic entry-level opportunity designed specifically for younger individuals who are passionate about providing outstanding service. Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly welcome, assisting with luggage handling to and from their rooms.
- Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions to guests.
- Assist guests with enquiries, requests, and general support, ensuring a smooth and pleasant stay.
- Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the hotel lobby, entrance, and luggage storage areas.
- Deliver packages, mail, and messages to guest rooms or other departments as required.
- Assist with setting up and breaking down meeting rooms or event spaces.
- Safely park and retrieve guest vehicles when valet service is required (training provided).
- Collaborate effectively with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Adhere to all hotel policies, safety standards, and security procedures.
