Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented WFH Scheduling Clerk to join our remote team. This part-time position offers flexible days, allowing you to manage your work-life balance effectively. As a Scheduling Clerk, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our service delivery by meticulously coordinating appointments, managing calendars, and communicating effectively with various stakeholders. This is a 100% remote position, providing the flexibility to work from your home office in Colchester or surrounding areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain complex schedules for technicians, consultants, or field staff, optimizing for efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Liaise with customers to confirm appointments, address queries, and reschedule as necessary.
- Utilize scheduling software and internal systems to accurately record and track all appointments and job statuses.
- Proactively identify and resolve scheduling conflicts, escalating issues to management when appropriate.
- Prepare daily and weekly scheduling reports for team leads and management.
- Maintain clear and concise communication channels with team members and external parties via phone, email, and instant messaging.
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed to support overall team operations.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in an administrative or scheduling role.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Reliable internet connection and a dedicated home office setup.
