Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Part-Time Weekend Ticketing Agent to join our team in New Port Richey, FL. This vital role involves assisting passengers with their travel needs, including ticket sales, rebooking, baggage inquiries, and providing exceptional service to ensure a smooth and pleasant travel experience. You will be the front line of our operation, primarily working on weekends, playing a crucial part in our aviation sector services. This position offers competitive pay and participation in our 401k plan.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process ticket sales, exchanges, and refunds accurately and efficiently.
  • Assist passengers with flight check-in, seat assignments, and baggage services.
  • Provide up-to-date flight information and handle rebooking for delayed or canceled flights.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints professionally and courteously.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of airline policies, procedures, and fare rules.
  • Operate computer systems and specialized airline software.
  • Adhere to all security and safety regulations.

Required Skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
