Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with luggage and vehicle unloading.
- Safely and efficiently park and retrieve guest vehicles in designated areas.
- Maintain an organized and tidy valet parking area, ensuring smooth traffic flow.
- Manage vehicle keys securely and accurately, maintaining detailed logs.
- Provide clear directions and information about the property and local area to guests.
- Anticipate guest needs and provide proactive assistance with a professional and courteous demeanor.
- Inspect vehicles for any pre-existing damage upon acceptance and report any new damage promptly.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure a cohesive guest experience.
Required Skills
- Valid UK driving license with a clean driving record.
- Proven ability to operate a variety of vehicle types (manual and automatic).
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
