Job Description

Join Teleperformance as a Remote Customer Service Representative and become a vital link between our clients and their customers. Key Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound calls, emails, and chats to assist customers with product information, service inquiries, and technical support.

  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing accurate, complete, and timely information.
  • Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the CRM system.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and service level agreements.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and product knowledge.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to continuously improve customer service processes.
