Job Description
Join the Amazon team as a Warehouse Team Member in Provo, UT, with a flexible part-time roster that fits your life. Key Responsibilities
- Receive and unload incoming inventory from trucks and containers.
- Scan and sort packages to designated areas within the warehouse.
- Pick and pack customer orders with accuracy and efficiency.
- Load outgoing shipments onto delivery vehicles.
- Operate powered industrial trucks (PIT) such as pallet jacks or forklifts (training provided if necessary).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols.
- Perform other general warehouse duties as assigned.
Required Skills
- Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry items weighing up to 49 pounds.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and reach for extended periods.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with varying temperatures.
- Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Basic computer literacy or ability to use scanning devices.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or similar environment.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems or RF scanners.
