Job Description

We are seeking a highly professional and enthusiastic Receptionist to be the welcoming face and voice of Bella Vita Spa & Salon. This pivotal role requires someone with impeccable communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for delivering five-star customer service in a sophisticated spa environment. You will manage appointments, greet clients, handle inquiries, and ensure the smooth operation of our front desk, contributing significantly to our clients’ luxurious experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Warmly greet all clients and visitors with a professional and friendly demeanor.
  • Manage a multi-line phone system, directing calls and taking messages accurately.
  • Schedule, confirm, and modify client appointments efficiently using our booking software.
  • Process payments and handle transactions with precision and confidentiality.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area and lobby.
  • Provide detailed information about spa services, products, and promotions.
  • Assist clients with check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Resolve client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Support spa management with administrative tasks as needed.

Required Skills

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Proven ability to provide outstanding customer service.
  • Proficiency in appointment scheduling software (e.g., Mindbody, Booker) or similar.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-end environment.

  • Basic computer proficiency (MS Office Suite).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a luxury spa, salon, or hospitality setting.
  • Knowledge of spa services and retail products.
