Job Description

Join Hilton Hotels & Resorts as a Remote Dispatch Porter – Coordinate Guest Arrivals, a pivotal role focused on ensuring seamless guest experiences through expert remote coordination. This position is 100% remote, allowing you to manage dispatch logistics and guest arrival processes from anywhere. You will be responsible for remotely monitoring guest arrival schedules, coordinating internal and external services, and acting as a primary remote aide for various guest-facing operations. This role demands exceptional organizational skills, proactive communication, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced virtual environment, ensuring every guest’s journey is smooth and welcoming, even from a distance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Remotely monitor and manage guest arrival schedules, anticipating needs and potential issues.
  • Coordinate with on-site hotel teams (front desk, housekeeping, bell staff) to ensure timely and efficient guest service delivery.
  • Act as a virtual liaison for guests, providing pre-arrival information, assisting with special requests, and offering remote support.
  • Dispatch internal resources (e.g., luggage assistance, room service requests) based on guest needs and operational flow.
  • Maintain accurate records of guest interactions, service requests, and dispatch activities using digital platforms.
  • Communicate effectively with all relevant departments to ensure a cohesive and high-quality guest experience.
  • Resolve guest concerns or escalate complex issues to appropriate on-site management in a timely and professional manner.
  • Utilize communication tools and software to facilitate smooth operations and information flow.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of remote dispatch and guest coordination processes.
