Job Description
Join the dynamic team at Walmart Canada as a Subscription Box Kitting Worker, where you will be instrumental in assembling our exciting monthly subscription boxes. This role involves carefully selecting, packing, and preparing various items into curated boxes, ensuring each customer receives a high-quality and accurately filled product. You will work in a fast-paced environment, contributing to the efficient operation of our fulfillment center and directly impacting customer satisfaction. This is an on-site position within our Kamloops facility.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately assemble subscription boxes according to specific packing instructions and quality standards.
- Select and retrieve items from designated storage locations.
- Inspect products for quality, damage, or defects before packing.
- Ensure proper labeling and packaging of all outgoing boxes.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock rotation as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets.
Required Skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks with consistency.
- Excellent manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
- Capable of standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 25 lbs (11 kg) for extended periods.
- Basic understanding of following written and verbal instructions.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a warehouse, assembly, or kitting environment.
- Familiarity with basic inventory practices.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
