Job Description

This is an entry-level position perfect for those with no prior experience in housekeeping, as we provide comprehensive training from day one. You will be an essential part of our team, ensuring our guests enjoy a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment during their stay. Key Responsibilities
- Clean and tidy all assigned guest rooms and public areas according to Hilton's high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
- Change linens, make beds, and replace towels and other amenities.
- Vacuum carpets, sweep and mop floors, and dust furniture and fixtures.
- Replenish in-room supplies such as toiletries, coffee, and stationery.
- Inspect rooms for maintenance issues and report them promptly to management.
- Handle guest requests and complaints courteously and efficiently.
- Adhere to all safety and security procedures, including proper use of cleaning chemicals.
- Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor with guests and colleagues.
- Manage time effectively to complete assigned tasks within specified deadlines.
