Job Description

We have both full-time and part-time positions available to suit your availability.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers with finding products, answering questions, and providing excellent service with a friendly and helpful attitude.
- Stock shelves, organize displays, and ensure product freshness and proper rotation.
- Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately, including cash, credit, and debit payments.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store, including aisles, checkout areas, and backstock rooms.
- Process incoming shipments, verify orders, and assist with inventory management.
- Adhere to all store policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.
- Support team members and contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.
Required Skills
- Eagerness to learn and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic numeracy skills for handling transactions.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs (11 kg) regularly.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a customer service role (though not required, it's a plus).
- Familiarity with grocery or retail operations.
