Job Description

We are seeking a diligent and organized Office Aide to join our Charlotte team. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals who have recently completed high school and are eager to start their career in a dynamic corporate environment. The successful candidate will provide essential administrative support, ensuring the smooth operation of our office. Key Responsibilities

  • Perform general office duties such as filing, scanning, copying, and organizing documents.
  • Assist with mail distribution, including sorting incoming mail and preparing outgoing correspondence.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock, anticipating needs, placing orders, and verifying receipt.
  • Support various departments with administrative tasks as needed, including data entry and basic report generation.
  • Ensure common areas, such as meeting rooms and reception areas, are tidy and presentable.
  • Operate and maintain office equipment, troubleshoot minor issues, and arrange for repairs when necessary.
  • Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate personnel or meeting rooms.

Required Skills
